Support and refunds
Include the email address of your Fancy Cafe AI account and, for a specific video, the date you generated it. Refund rules are in the Refund Policy.
Copyright and takedown requests
If a video made with Fancy Cafe AI uses your image or content without permission, email support@fancycafe-ai.org with:
- a link to or description of the content,
- who you are and your relationship to the content,
- what you want us to do.
We review and act on takedown requests within 48 hours.
Data requests
To access, correct or delete your data, email support@fancycafe-ai.org from your account email. See the Privacy Policy.
