Acceptable Use Policy

Fancy Cafe AI turns two photos of real people into a short video. Because the people in those photos are real, this policy is strict. It applies to every upload and every generated video. It is part of our Terms of Service.

The one rule behind everything

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to be in your video. Before every generation you confirm that the people in the photos are you or adults who agreed — no minors, no public figures, no sexual or harassing content.

Prohibited content

You may not use this service to create, or attempt to create, any of the following.

1. Pornography and sexual content (NSFW)

No nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses or clothing, or sexualised depictions of any person.

2. Violence and gore

No depictions of violence, injury, weapons used against people, blood, gore or threats.

3. Hate speech and harassment

No content that attacks, demeans or threatens people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic, and no content made to bully, humiliate or harass anyone.

4. Child-unsafe content

No photos of anyone under 18, in any context. Any attempt to create sexual content involving minors is reported to the relevant authorities and the account is closed permanently.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation

No videos of people who have not agreed to be in them. No public figures, celebrities, politicians or influencers, even with a "parody" label. No content meant to deceive anyone into believing a real person said or did something, and no content used for fraud, scams, defamation or political messaging.

You cannot upload a video of your own. Motion follows our templates; there is no free-text prompt.

6. Copyright and trademark infringement

No copyrighted characters, artwork, logos or brands you do not own, and no photos taken by someone else that you do not have the right to use. Do not upload commercial music, music videos or other footage you do not own. Optional soundtracks we mux are accompanying tracks only — they are not a licence to the original recording of any trending song.

How moderation works

Every generation is checked before rendering:

1. Before generation. There is no free-text prompt: length, quality, orientation and soundtrack are chosen from options we provide, and motion follows our templates. Every photo sent to the video model is checked by an automated system for nudity, minors and other unsafe content.
2. Distribution. Videos are private to your account. This website has no public gallery or feed and never publishes your videos; you decide where to post them.

When a check blocks a photo, you are not charged. When a generation fails, the credits charged for it are refunded.

Enforcement

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may:

• block the generation and delete the content;
• remove videos from your library;
• suspend or permanently ban your account;
• forfeit remaining credits on accounts banned for serious or repeated violations (purchased credits on accounts banned for child-safety violations, fraud or deliberate deepfakes are not refunded);
• report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

Appeals

If you think a photo or video was blocked by mistake, email support@fancycafe-ai.org with the date and roughly what you uploaded. A person reviews every appeal, usually within 48 hours, and if the block was wrong we restore your credits.

Reporting content

If you see a video made with this service that breaks this policy or uses your image without permission, email support@fancycafe-ai.org with a link or description. We act on reports within 48 hours.
